An additional facet to Angus Dec is our property management. Offering properties for lease which range from a 1 person fully serviced office to a larger industrial area. We can provide shell units or a fully fitted bespoke service.

In addition to those shown below we have properties at Scotston Laurencekirk, West Pitkerro, Dundee and North Isla Street Dundee. These provide a mixture of offices, commercial, industrial and external yard spaces.

Westway Enterprise Centre

4 multi purpose units and 8 office units

Westway Enterprise Centre was an Angus Dec development in 2017.  Prior to the works only 2 units were occupied.  A major overhaul was undertaken, the result is high class office accommodation. The ground floor has 4 independent units and the first floor offers fully serviced offices with shared facilities.

Kirkton Enterprise Centre

4 Offices Suites and 6 individual offices

Kirkton Enterprise Centre is Angus Dec’s head office. This building is fully serviced with communal facilities and is split into small suites and individual offices. There is a Training Room for hire which comfortably holds 12 to 16 attendants.

East Muirlands Road

4 self-contained units

22 / 22a / 24 East Muirlands Road comprises of 4 self-contained units.  The larger unit was an unoccupied shell until late 2018.  This was the most recent development project undertaken by Angus Dec. It took less than 6 months from planning stage to completion, the result bespoke units for the 2 occupants.

Hume Street

Single large retail unit

This unit was a local service station prior to conversion to Angus Dec’s head office in 1994, moving to KEC in 2006. CEF have successfully occupied the premises since.


Single large bar and restaurant

Gravesend was converted to Angus Dec’s retail outlet in 1993. The conversion to Coast Bar and Restaurant was undertaken by the current occupiers, who have maintained a high level facility.
